ABOUT US

Southeast Neighborhood Development

Southeast Neighborhood Development (SEND LLC) is a nonprofit entity that’s served the region in various capacities for more than 40 years. We operate as a 501c3 status, and since 2021, SEND Properties, LLC has been folded into our in-house team to allow us to provide services and exceptional support for the community.

Who We Are

SEND advocates for the people we serve in numerous ways. This includes through housing, economic, and social equity strategies. We work with the residents of our communities, along with community partners and business owners to create new opportunities for people in need. We’ve been operating rental properties in the Southeast Indianapolis area for the last 20 years with the sole goal of supporting the community and its vast needs.

SEND Properties

As a people-centric organization, we help people who need it the most while providing our residents with high-quality, affordable properties. We also connect our residents with nonprofits and other resources in the area to further support their needs.

What makes SEND Properties unique is that we provide housing solutions to people who don’t always have housing options. When they need support, outside of housing, we help them find it.

We are a people company and will always remain focused on supporting those in areas that need it the most.
